Sonja Stojanovski | Director

Sonja brings a prosperity of skill and knowledge to the Art of Clean team with more than 30 years’ experience in all facets of cleaning services.


Prior to establishing K & S Cleaning Services as her own business (together with her husband) in 1997, Sonja worked for 15 years within cleaning services for St John of God hospital where stringent practices and regulations were required. This meant her attention to detail and thoroughness became unparalleled.


Throughout her 30+ year career, Sonja has gained exposure to a wide-range of sites and is therefore fully equipped to cater to varying client needs.


This experience has become the back bone of the company with Sonja mentoring, training and leading her teams in effective and efficient practices whilst maintaining upmost professionalism.



Vera began working for Sonja more than 12 years ago before they initiated

Art of Clean together in 2014.


Gaining hands on experience with K & S Cleaning Services for many years, Vera was then promoted into the role of Business Manager. This role focussed on business development and supervision duties.


Having learnt from one of the most knowledgeable in the industry, Vera is too equipped with the skills and knowledge to successfully implement stringent training and cleaning standards among the Art of Clean team. Vera believes exceptional customer service is the forefront of the business and not only exhibits this herself, but encourages employees at all levels of the business to put the customer first.


Vera's cleaning services experience, together with her tertiary qualification and training management experience gives her great business savviness and she appreciates innovation, effective training, targeting specific business needs, and the importance of business security.



KRIS Stojanovski | business manager

With a keen passion and over 30 years in the cleaning services industry Kris and his wife Sonja were responsible for the conception of K & S Cleaning Services in 1997.


His all-encompassing experience has seen Kris become renowned in the team as the master of machinery. He actively trains staff in the safe and effective use of cleaning equipment and seeks out product advancements routinely.


With two direct reports, Tane and Nick, Kris ensures jobs are checked thoroughly and meet rigorous company standards.


Alongside this, Kris seeks out new business opportunities to ensure Art of Clean is continually diversified into different industries.





Tane has been actively involved in the Art of Clean business for more than five years’.

Having previously worked in construction supervision and delivery for more than 10 years’, his experience was well transferred to the cleaning services industry.


In his role as Area Manager, Tane is responsible for supervision and onsite job checks as well as delivery of consumable products. He is the main contact for employees and maintains positive employee culture to ensure employee retention and delivery of cleaning excellence for clientele.


Tane is also responsible for seeking out new business opportunities and maintains relationships with existing clients to ensure their expectations are both met and exceeded at all times.



NIKOLA (NIK) Stojanovski | AREA manager

Nick has been in the cleaning services industry for more than 12 years. Commencing as a cleaning professional in the field where he gained valuable experience and skill, Nick has now moved into a management role.


His role as Area Manager sees Nick responsible for job checks and all employee relations including recruitment, training and ongoing support.


Nick implements stringent routine job checks and procedures along with Tane to ensure exceptional cleaning standards are maintained across the board.


Nick has a "can do" attitude and will always go out of his way to listen to the client and be the agent of change if/when required.
